Initial appointment today, but I can’t say enough about the kindness of every interaction and the helpful text and email reminders! I’d rather have multiple reminders than none at all! Comfortable lobby and immediate welcome - by name!! They’ve never met us before but correctly matched up the patient with their schedule. I’ve never felt so initially welcomed into an office/medical setting before!
